All products are supplied as fishing bait and fishing bait additives. Products are not for human consumption under any circumstances.

The risk in the products will pass to the customer upon delivery.

DELIVERY

All orders will despatched as soon a possible and usually within 48 hours of placing order, unless stocks are unavailable at time. You will be informed should this happen and may be offered an alternative product or an expected date when stocks will be available on your initial product choice.

You can specify a delivery date Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are chargable at £15.00 (including VAT) plus standard delivery charge for orders under £35.00. Delivery charges do not count within minimum order spend.

All goods will need to be signed for. If we are unable to deliver because no one is available to sign for delivery and a re deliervery has to be made you will be charged a re delivery amount of £4.95. Upon receipt of your order it is the purchasers responsibility to inspect all goods for any damages or missing items. Any goods which are deemed damaged or incomplete must not be accepted and returned via the courier at the time of delivery.

Under no circumstances will  Baitspray Ltd trading as Carpvader.com be reponsible for claims made for damages or incomplete orders once the goods have been signed for.
